Our project managers are best in class with real onsite construction experience. We engage our PM’s during the pre-con phase of the project so we can have constructability input during the bidding phase. Once awarded, our PM is already engaged, making the transition smoother and quicker to the project start. Our project managers and field managers are responsible for providing a construction schedule with milestones met and long lead items to track. Updated progress throughout the project cycle, keeping owner and architects aware of any issues. Material item tracking is important to ensure every project is on schedule, and no one knows this better than us. Our superintendents/field managers are selected for a particular project or program by matching the project demands with the personnel strengths. This ensures you’re getting the best-qualified personnel for your project.

Communication between PM. Field staff, client, and sub-trades executing the work is the most important tool we use. Real-time reporting, RFI’s, Jobsite resolution makes any project more successful. With today’s ever evolving technology, we utilize the most advanced software to achieve this task. With real-time field reporting, picture to plan reports, and client project room access, we strive to keep everyone up to date on the project’s progress. Whether we execute a one-off build or program rollout, we will help create the client’s reporting platform to ensure the best communication possible. As we all know, time is money.

Jobsite Safety is also taken very seriously at Weiss. Our field staff is trained to recognize safety issues and violations at the project site. They are also instructed to ratify all safety issues on the spot. Regular safety meetings are held onsite to ensure everyone goes home at the end of each workday without incident.
